Verified Parking’s ecosystem includes four key roles:
Verified Parking (The Platform): Supplies the technology infrastructure, including the website, operator dashboard, payment processing (via Stripe), signage tools, and customer support. The platform also manages tax compliance and ensures all user terms are legally structured to limit liability.
Franchise Operators (Local Entrepreneurs): Franchise partners pay a one-time onboarding fee and a recurring monthly access fee. In return, they get access to exclusive Verified Parking branding, business tools, onboarding materials, and backend features. Their core responsibilities include recruiting lot owners, handling signage, and potentially arranging local enforcement. Operators negotiate revenue splits with lot owners and earn passive income as lots are booked.
Lot Owners (Property Hosts): These are individuals or businesses who own the parking real estate. They provide the physical space and may or may not be involved in setup or daily operations. Lot owners earn a portion of parking revenue based on the agreement with the operator. They are responsible for on-site safety and may choose to enforce parking rules using posted towing or booting policies.
Drivers (End Users): Drivers are the customers who use the service. They pay for parking via QR codes or direct links, accept the Terms of Service, and agree to site-specific enforcement policies such as towing or booting. Payments are final and disputes are handled through binding arbitration.
This user structure ensures that each party has defined roles and responsibilities while the platform remains focused on facilitating seamless, secure, and scalable operations.
