How is Revenue Shared?

Revenue sharing on Verified Parking follows a structured model that ensures fairness while allowing all parties to profit. For each paid booking:

  • The platform retains a 10% platform fee, plus Stripe's payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).

  • The remainder is split between the franchise operator and the lot owner, based on a custom agreement—most commonly a 40% (operator) / 50% (lot owner) model.

Example Breakdown for a $5 Booking:

  • Platform earns ~$0.80 (including processing fee)

  • Remaining ~$4.20 is split according to the operator-lot owner agreement

This model promotes mutual benefit. Operators are incentivized to grow and maintain their network of lots, while lot owners benefit from passive income without needing technical expertise or setup.
